Resources

One of the biggest things that really weighed me down emotionally while I was recovering was not being able to find anyone in a similar situation to vent to.

I felt like an unloveable monster that would never be looked at without disgust. I found a blog site here and there that might offer a little bit of insight and hope, but overall I was emotionally in a chasm with little hope of escaping.

I’ve always had an insatiable appetite for information. In this section, I’ll provide different books, audio and video media, movies, websites, blogs, and persons of interest. They will range in everything from motivation and inspiration to survivors who have something they want to share.

I’ll also list resources for help and treatment of anything you may be suffering from. If you have any that aren’t listed yet definitely contact me with more.
